Saul is a Partner in our Commercial Litigation practice group.
​
Admitted to practice in 2005, Saul provides advice on litigious matters in a wide range of areas including corporations law, insolvency and bankruptcy, building and property disputes, and general civil and commercial litigation.
​
Saul regularly appears in a variety of jurisdictions including the Federal Court, Supreme Court, and District Court of Western Australia.
​
Outside of the office Saul is a sports nut, still actively plays cricket and hockey, and is currently attempting to herd cats (i.e. coach his children in junior sport).
He has a passion for travel, great food and more importantly wine and craft beer.
​
Unfortunately the strong negotiation skills honed in the courtroom have no effect at home as his two children still refuse to lift a finger around the house, and his wife continues to veto all attempts to subscribe to Kayo Sports.
