Rachel initially joined Taylor Smart in 2021 as a legal secretary supporting both the Commercial & Litigation teams. 

 

After being admitted to practice in Western Australia in March 2022, Rachel joined the commercial team as a lawyer.

​

Rachel holds a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Psychology and Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.

​

Prior to joining Taylor Smart, Rachel provided legal support in Melbourne, London and Perth in a range of areas of law including Family Law, Criminal Law, Personal Injury, Property, Wills & Estates and Litigation.

As an emerging Lawyer, Rachel has assisted clients on a range of matters including Probate, Letters of Administration and Administration of Estates, all aspects of Wills and Estate Planning and Property Transactions, Litigation and Purchase and Sale of Business.
