Rachel joined Taylor Smart in 2021 as a legal secretary, providing support to both the Commercial and Litigation team. Following her admission in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in March 2022, Rachel transitioned to the role of lawyer within the Commercial team, where she brings a broad range of legal expertise.

 

Rachel holds a Bachelor of Laws, a Bachelor of Psychology, and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. Her academic background, coupled with her practical experience, enables her to approach complex legal challenges with a well-rounded perspective.

 

Before joining Taylor Smart, Rachel worked in Melbourne, London, and Perth, gaining experience across multiple areas of law, including Family Law, Criminal Law, Personal Injury, Property Law, Wills & Estates, and Litigation. This diverse experience allows Rachel to provide comprehensive legal support in a variety of matters.

 

Rachel’s practice focuses on Wills and Estate Planning, Probate, Letters of Administration, Property Transactions, Business Acquisitions and Litigation. She is committed to delivering tailored legal solutions with a client-centred approach and ensuring her clients receive the best possible outcome.
