Rachel Lamb

LLB, BA, GradDipLegPrac, GradDipEd.

Rachel holds a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Australia.  She commenced her legal career as a clerk working the front-end (advice, drafting, review, corporate structures) aspects of commercial law.

Following her admission to practice in 2013, Rachel worked for an experienced barrister conducting rigorous legal research and analysis on a range of complex litigious matters including construction, corporate, property and insurance disputes.  She then joined Taylor Smart’s commercial litigation team in 2015.

After taking a break from law to obtain her Graduate Diploma of Education and teach literacy at a Perth high school, Rachel rejoined Taylor Smart’s commercial litigation team in 2018.  She provides advice and representation in commercial, corporate and administrative matters.

Rachel believes quality, timely and cost-effective advice and representation are only the starting point:  the best outcomes result from responsive service, understanding, strong relationships, thinking outside the square, and creative solutions.

Rachel is a member of the Law Society of Western Australia, the International Society for Therapeutic Jurisprudence and Women Lawyers of WA.
