Ken graduated from the University of Western Australia in 1996 with a double degree in Law (LL.B.) and Commerce (B.Com.) and was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court
of Western Australia in 1998.

He is a member of the Law Society of Western Australia and the Public Notaries Society
of Western Australia.​
