Emma graduated from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Laws in 2018 and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice in 2019.

​

She was admitted to practice in November 2019 and commenced her legal career at Taylor Smart in 2020 in the commercial litigation department.

​

Emma works closely with her clients to develop a clear strategy at the outset of matters and aims to achieve timely and economical outcomes through early settlement negotiations with a view to avoiding protracted litigation.

​

Emma has represented and advised clients regarding disputes in areas including commercial and consumer law, building and construction law, employment law, property law, estates, debt collection, contractual disputes and mortgages and securities.

​

Emma is a member of the Law Society of Western Australia and Women Lawyers of WA.

​

Emma has always had a close affinity with exercise and the great outdoors.  Outside of the office, Emma enjoys spending time with her friends and family, exploring trails across Western Australia and trying out new restaurants.
