Liquidators can cancel a lease a landlord has granted to a tenant!

Did you know that a liquidator may cancel a lease that a landlord had granted to a tenant? A recent decision by the High Court of Australia gives rise to this and is outlined in a recent article published by Chris Drayton of MSI Global Alliance firm Makinson d’Apice. This article is of particular importance to both landlords and tenants.
